I thought about a PhD in Literature, French or Latin. Almost enrolled in Georgetown's MBA program. Toyed with the idea of studying graphic design. But instead I've been working on a home grown MBA and self-tutored digital illustration. I absolutely love my job in the coffee/service industry, and could hardly ask for a happier life, here fixing up my house, fiddling on my computer, smiling at my customers...Life is good. (Next stop: small business of my own?)

Beautiful! Is that a light roast and a dark roast?
yeah, that close up bean shot is really cool.
I'd say medium roast... and I can almost smell it...mmmm
The one on the left is medium, but what makes it special is that it is a "peaberry," which is a smaller, rounder bean, with more intense flavors packed in. The darker beans on the right are an Italian Roast which is good and dark.
I actually took these pictures for a informational brochure I'm making for our store.
