Weekday Update
My boss was on vacation from last Wednesday afternoon until just today. He left me in charge of the whole sha-bang, and, despite all odds, everything went really well. Well, actually, things crashed and fell and burned like they do on an average day in food service, but everything was completely handle-able; and, if I may say so, I think handled pretty well. I am glad he's back now though. The catering has really taken off--I can hardly keep up. I have finally put in a request for an assistant.
